Do You Offer Delivery Service?

Yes, we offer complimentary delivery within South Beach and surrounding areas and a $149 flat fee to and from MIA.

Do You Offer Delivery Service?

What Are Your Requirements?

US Customers:

- A valid driving license

- A full coverage insurance

- A major credit card

Non US Customers:

- A Valid driving license and passport

- A major credit card

- Must be 25 years old or older

Please note: all three documents need to be under the driver's name. Debit cards may be accepted if other requirements are met.

What Happens If I Get A Ticket or Tolls?

We are not responsible for any tickets you incur while driving our vehicles, nor will we pay any toll road fees. You are also responsible for any other fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound costs.
Clients are responsible for all expenses they incur in the rental vehicle. This includes tolls, tickets and towing.

Can I Leave California?

We will allow you to leave California with special permission from our main office. Please take into account that you will have to pay for all extra miles placed on the vehicle.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Falcon Exotic Car Rental does not offer refunds.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Under some circumstances we accept cashier’s checks and cash. We do not accept personal or business checks.

When Can I Return My Rental?

We accept returns seven days a week at our Beverly Hills location. We encourage clients to return their vehicles during regular business hours. We are open from 8am to 8pm Monday – Friday and from 8am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

How Does Delivery / Return Work?

All vehicles qualify for free delivery or return that are located within a three mile radius of our Beverly Hills Showroom. Rentals that are for two or more days with a rental value of $1,500 or more qualify for 8 free miles. Rentals for two or more days with a value in excess of $3,000 qualify for 12 free miles. Additional miles will be billed at $9 per mile for most makes. Rolls Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini and McLarens are billed at $12 per mile.

How Do I Get The Car From You?

Falcon happily delivers all of their vehicles to their clients. You also have the option to pick up the vehicle yourself at our Beverly Hills location during business hours.

Am I The Only One Who Can Drive The Car?

Falcon Car Rental can list up to two drivers on any rental agreement. Both drivers must have valid driver licenses and have insurance coverage. If either driver is under the age of 25, the underage fee will apply.

Do I Get A Discount When I Rent For A Week Or A Month?

If you rent the vehicle for a minimum of seven and up to 27 days, we will provide a 15 percent discount on the base rental price of the vehicle. For vehicles rented for 28 or more consecutive days, the discount will be 30 percent. These discounts do not apply to any additional charges.

How Much Do I Get Charged Extra Per Mile?

The charges for the extra miles placed on the vehicle will vary. Charges are based on the style and make of the vehicle. All extra mile charges are listed with the rental price.

Is There A Limited Number Of Miles I Can Drive?

Each vehicle has an allotted number of free miles that is included in the daily rental fee. This number will vary based on the vehicle model.

Do You Take A Security Deposit?

Yes. The deposit will depend on the type of vehicle that you have rented and the type of insurance that you carry. A hold will be placed on your credit card during the rental period, the hold will be released when the vehicle is returned with no issues.

Can I Rent A Car If I'm Younger Than 25?

If your full coverage insurance is in good standing, we will allow clients under the age of 25 to rent a vehicle as long as their insurance covers the vehicle they wish to rent. 
Please note: an underage fee will apply.

I Have Car Insurance That Covers Me For Driving In Other Cars. Do I Still Need To Purchase Your Insurance Policy?

If you are a U.S. citizen that has car insurance that covers you for driving different vehicles, you will not need additional coverage. We will call your insurance provider to make sure that your policy covers you for the rental and is in good standing. Falcon Exotic Car Rentals will help their international customers obtain insurance coverage for the rental period.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We have a 24-hour grace period for customers to cancel their reservations from the initial transaction. Afterwards, if the reservation is canceled seven or more days before the scheduled rental date, there will be no penalty. Cancellations occurring in less than seven days from rental date will be penalized with a fee equal to 50 percent of the rental value.

Do You Offer Hourly Rentals?

No. We require that all of our rentals be at least a 24 hour period. This helps our clients avoid penalty charges. If our clients must have a shorter rental period, we ask them to speak with one of our customer service reps.

What Brands Of Vehicles Do You Carry?

We currently offer: Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, Mercedes, McLaren. Maserati, Aston Martin, BMW, Bentley, Porsche, Range Rover, Tesla, Corvette and Cadillac. We offer the latest Sedans, Sports Cars, Supercars, Convertibles and SUVs. We continually update our vehicles and may add more brands at any time.

Will I Get The Same Vehicle That I Reserved?

Yes, We guarantee that the vehicle that you selected during the reservation process will be the exact vehicle that you receive on the day your rental begins. We are very proud of our ability to provide our clients exactly what they want in an exotic car rental.

How Do I Make A Reservation?

- Go to the page of the vehicle you want to reserve 
- Select the dates you want to reserve it
- Enter your personal and payment info and then place your order
