What happens if I return the vehicle late?

We offer a one-hour grace period for late returns. After the grace period, you will be charged 20% of the daily rate for each additional hour. So, after five hours, a full day's rental fee will apply.

Can I do a one-way trip?

Yes, you can select the "One-way" option during the booking process and then enter your delivery and return addresses. This allows you to return the vehicle to a different location than where it was delivered.

Do you offer delivery service?

Yes, we offer complimentary delivery within Beverly Hills and nearby areas. For deliveries to and from LAX, we charge a flat fee of $125.

When you enter your delivery address during the reservation process, our system will automatically display the applicable delivery cost.

Please note: pickup service is also available.

What are your requirements?

US Customers:

  • A valid driving license
  • A full coverage insurance
  • A major credit card

Non US Customers:

  • A Valid driving license and passport
  • A major credit card
  • Must be 25 years old or older

Please note: all three documents need to be under the driver's name. Debit cards may be accepted if other requirements are met.

What happens if I get a ticket or tolls?

We are not responsible for any tickets you incur while driving our vehicles, nor will we pay any toll road fees. You are also responsible for any other fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound costs.
Clients are responsible for all expenses they incur in the rental vehicle. This includes tolls, tickets and towing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Under some circumstances we accept cashier’s checks, cash and rire transfers. We do not accept personal or business checks.

Am I the only one who can drive the car?

Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle. Falcon Car Rental allows up to two drivers per rental agreement, both of whom must have valid driver's licenses and insurance coverage. If either driver is under the age of 25, an underage fee will apply.

 

Do I get a discount when I rent for a week or a month?

Yes, we offer discounts for extended rentals. If you rent a vehicle for a minimum of 7 to 27 days, you'll receive a 15% discount on the base rental price. For rentals of 28 or more consecutive days, the discount increases to 30%. Please note that these discounts apply only to the base rental price and do not cover any additional charges.

How much do I get charged for extra miles?

Extra mile charges vary depending on the style and make of the vehicle. You can find the specific mileage allowance and extra mile charges for each car on its respective page. All rates are clearly listed to ensure full transparency.

Is there a limited number of miles I can drive?

Yes, each vehicle has a specific mileage allowance, which is detailed on its respective page. If you exceed the included mileage, extra mile charges will apply. Be sure to check the mileage limits for your selected vehicle during the booking process.

Do you take a security deposit?

Yes, we require a security deposit, which varies based on the type of vehicle you rent, your age, and the insurance coverage and credit card you have. A hold will be placed on your credit card for the duration of the rental. The hold will be released once the vehicle is returned in good condition, with no issues.

Can I rent a car if I'm younger than 25?

Yes, if your full coverage insurance is in good standing and covers the vehicle you wish to rent, we allow clients under the age of 25 to rent a vehicle. An underage fee will apply.

I have insurance on my car. Do I still need to purchase your coverage?

If your car insurance covers you for driving other vehicles, there’s no need to purchase additional coverage. We will contact your insurance provider to ensure your policy covers the vehicle you plan to rent.

What is your cancellation policy?

Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of booking to cancel their reservation without any penalty. If a reservation is canceled at least seven days prior to the scheduled rental date, no cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations made less than seven days before the rental date will incur a penalty of 50% of the rental value.

Please note: Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date and time are considered final and cannot be canceled.

 

Do you offer hourly rentals?

No, we have a one-day minimum rental policy for all vehicles. Some vehicles may have a two or three-day minimum. While you are free to return the car earlier, you will still be required to pay for the minimum rental period.

What brands of vehicles do you carry?

We currently offer a selection of premium brands, including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes, McLaren, Maserati, Aston Martin, BMW, Bentley, Porsche, Range Rover, Tesla, Corvette, and Cadillac. Our fleet features the latest sedans, sports cars, supercars, convertibles, and SUVs. We continually update our selection and may add more brands at any time.

Will I get the same vehicle that I reserved?

In most cases, you will receive the exact vehicle you reserved online. However, if that vehicle becomes unavailable for any unforeseen reason, we will offer you an upgraded car at no extra charge or provide a full refund.

How do I make a reservation?

  1. Visit the page of the vehicle you want to reserve.

  2. Select the dates you want to book.

  3. Enter your personal and payment information, then place your order.

  • If you'd like the vehicle delivered, select the "Delivery" option and enter your address. In most cases, the system will calculate the delivery cost.
  • You also have the option to choose a one-way trip, where you can return the vehicle at a different location.
